Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
We paid $6500 for a complete interior paint job, and portions of the outside and it was not professionally done at all. We had to hire a company to repaint and that cost us thousands of additional money and time because we were putting the home on the market. We are seeking a refund in the amount of $5500 as a result.

3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining

The company set a date and time and did not show up or call. I called them and set up for next day. Four rooms were painted , and when I got home, I found paint splatter on new vinyl floors, hall arch not painted, two rooms walls not covered with paint. Ceiling hit with paint and paint on door. They agreed to make it right and set up date to return but at 615 pm no painters. Called at 7pm and went to voice mail. This Saturday we painted and scrubbed floors.

"Very difficult customer to please. The job was completed but wanted extra areas painted that were not discussed. I took before and after pictures of the job and showed them to other customers and that did not see anything wrong with the job. She paid for the job then disputed the payment and I gladly returned her payment. I worked for free and traveled for free."
