Recently hired IncePector Handyman, and I have to say I was very impressed. After hiring someone else, that just didn't cut it, called these folks for the job. They understood my needs, as I was in the process of selling the property and was fixing inspection issues. They were able to get out to my property quickly and finished multiple items on the inspection list in 1 day. The invoices were detailed, which my buyers appreciated. Great communication and great workmanship. This involved a lot of jobs in the bathroom. I appreciated the communication prior to project start (what to buy, etc) and the technician was so helpful and explained things throughout the process.

Good work but very slow (MANY trips from work site to vehicle) and thus very expensive. It's difficult to understand why a good, experienced person would need to make slow and frequent trips to their vehicle to get tools or whatever. It might have added an hour to the job with two people working on it.

Initially I called about a ceiling fan install, but I hired them to install a new digital thermometer and fix a recessed light socket. Tom came 2 days later spent half a morning installing everything. Then he took the time to explained settings and any warranty follow up information.

They did a great job!! They have a long wait period for scheduling but you can get lucky when other people cancel. STICK BY YOUR PHONE if you want to pick up a cancellation that is sooner then your schedule date

Handyman called as he was available early. Difficult installation was performed in professional manner. Very careful with surrounding cabinets and appliances. Very good job of cleaning up after project competed.

They did a fine job.

Incespector Handyman was fantastic. They called me the same day I submitted my request, and my trim repairs were completed the next day. Sundance (the tech) was extremely efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Need better communication from the "boss" to the workers and what and what should NOT happen as I explained to him. Hard to trust his workers when they admitted to damaging a screen to then not admitting they damaged it. Good work though

Jim and his crew did an excellent job restoring my condo back to it's original condition after my water damage. Work was completed on time and my unit was left spotless after it was completed.

We hired Jim and his team of professionals after a devastating pipe burst in our kitchen. The water damage destroyed floor, trim, carpet, ceiling tiles and other fixtures. Before calling, we decided it would be best for us to replace the piping in the home as it was the old polybutylene pipes and how much more damage could we really endure over time? Knowing what we wanted to have done, Jim and his team came through, delivered a competitive quote, respected our home and our family, heard our ideas and gave us some creative options to choose from. When you go through something with so much damage, you feel you are at the mercy of others, but for the first time in our disaster, we were able to make a decision in the process and we are very happy with the one we made in selecting Jim and his team. They were quick, thorough and very detail oriented. They replaced all of the plumbing in our home, installed new tile/grout in our bathroom, kitchen floor, front and back door entry ways, replaced trim, tucked carpet, installed new toilets and shower fixtures, replaced damaged ceiling tiles, reinstalled light fixtures and did a wonderful job with replacement drywall and matching texture. We are so pleased with the work of Jim and his team. They were professional, timely, communicated every step of the way and we are very happy with the detail behind their work. I would definitely higher them again and my husband and I highly recommend them. We finally feel like we have a reliable resource should we ever need help with getting things fixed, replaced or anything remodeled. Thank you for everything Jim!

We needed some tile work done to fit a new stainless steel sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Jim did an outstanding job at removing the old sink and faucet, cutting the surrounding tile, fixing some plumbing, and installing the new sink, faucet, and disposal. Jim prides himself on delivering a high quality product and he did just that. I would definitely use him on a future project and recommend him to others.

Jim was very professional and informative. He went to my property to assess the situation then took the time to explain to me the problems with water leakage and caulking. Jim the owner was very helpful and professional; he followed up several times during the project, was very communicative, and made me feel that he took personal pride and responsibility for his tech's work. I would definitely recommend and use them again if I need anything else.

I needed a dog house built from scratch to fit over my dog door. Rob knew how to design the house, how to make it waterproof, and he finished by early afternoon. The work was high quality and professional.

Fixing the fence was pretty expensive for the work invoved. The repair man was good at his job and finished within the allowable cap on the hourly rate. material wasa little higher then anticipated but ht ework was completed ona timely basis so overall I'm happy.

I was told that Bill would be there between 8 and 8:30 and he showed up at 8:00 sharp. We took a quick walk around the house so I could show him what we needed and he was on his way. Some previous work on the house by the builder was a little shady but Bill got it taken care of without problem. Good work and good customer service.

We were installing a new door and we had an emergency need. Jim was around the corner, came out quickly and did a fantastic job. Prompt service and low expense was well worth it, I was extremly pleased with it.
