Mike and Dave did an excellent job installing our new Rheem High Recovery Hot water heater. Our water heater was generic, and we wanted something with a great reliability rating and something that recovers quickly.

Mike, Peyton, Dave, and Joseph did a phenomenal job installing my Fujitsu ductless A/C and Heat Pump last year. What a difference it made to the comfort of our home, and they even took the time to make sure the unit was working correctly.

I had another company come out and inspect the AC and they said I needed to replace the whole system. Mike came out this morning and performed a thorough analysis and determined that just some refrigerant needed to be added. He added 1/2 lb of R22 and retested. The system is now working normally. I would highly recommend this company and when anything comes up with AC or Heating I will be calling him! Absolutely knowledgeable and honest. A plus is they are local to Highlands Ranch.

DO NOT USE. Mike is not to be trusted, his integrity is questionable and his knowledge is confusing. After telling us our compressor is bad, we got a second opinion and our unit was up and running in about 20 minutes. Tried to sell us a $6000 AC unit!

Mike and Peyton were terrific. Professional, knowledgeable and open about everything they were doing. They got my furnace working again and also re-lighted the pilot light on my fireplace.

Mike was courteous and responsive in my initial contact . He rearranged his schedule to accommodate our chaotic schedule in response to the fan not turning off on our 50 year old furnace. He arrived on time and did a complete inspection of the furnace explaining everything to me. He did a CO2 level check which found a dangerous level of leakage. This required that the furnace be replaced. He gave me an instant quote which was lower than the other bids. He also noticed that the ducting and gas valve on a water heater we recently had replaced and the electrical switch for the furnace wasn't up to code and offered to replace them to comply with code at no extra cost when he installed the new furnace. This was customer service above and beyond any expectation. He arrived with the new furnace and an electrician on time as scheduled and completed the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one along with all associated work as promised. I would recommend Mike and this company for any furnace related work with no reservations.

Mike has done several systems for us. We appreciate his work so much that we used them for a home system. Top-notch customer service at a fair price.

Mike was able to come the next day and promptly diagnosed a bad fan motor. He brought an apprentice with him and talked him through the removal and replace the of the fan motor. They did a great job and explained every step in detail as I observed. Great to work with and he was able to come the next day when everyone else I called said 5 days before they could come look at it.

Mike showed up on time and had an apprentice with him. They diagnosed the point of failure quickly and replaced the failing hardware. The apprentice made an uncommon mistake while repairing some work from a previous company that required our coil to be replaced. Mike stood by the work and replaced the coil at no charge. He communicated well, showed integrity, and made a great effort to ensure the job was done correctly. I will be calling Mike for all of my heating and a/c work moving forward.

Mike took great care of us when supply chain delays were occurring. He kept me informed during the process and let me know what to expect. After a long wait (because of COVID supply chain issues), we have a brand new Amana unit that is more energy efficient. Thanks for everything!
