Incredible Concrete, LLC

I hired Ray and Jeff to do an overlay on an existing pool deck. They were undermanned, ill prepared and unqualified to do the job. Twice as much concrete was used, you could surf off the deck it was so uneven and the whole deck had to be torn out. They took about 2/3 of the money for the job and have never returned a phone call about giving me my money back. They cost me thousands in repair costs and re-doing the job!

Jeff and Ray are an outstanding team, whose work is exceptional! They provided protection and color to our dull garage floor and circular driveway. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and really listened to what we wanted to do. They exceeded all our expectations. The completed work is the talk of the neighborhood! It was done at a reasonable and competitive price. They helped us remove the objects in our garage and stored them in a 6 foot trailer, which they supplied. They were prompt and efficient. They also worked cleanly, leaving no mess for us to clean up. The final product is absolutely terrific! It enhances the entire house. Most important, they were honest and made us feel very comfortable using them as the contractor for this job. We highly recommend them to you. You will love their work!

These professionals installed a beautiful acrylic garage floor in very short order, changing a situation where there had been a failed painting solution (de-bonding between the cement and the paint due to poor initial preparation) into a floor where one could put in a home theater or a man-cave. Furthermore they went above and beyond the primary task (the failed garage floor). There were two other sites, one by the garage door, the second where gardening machines had damaged an outside wall, both involving small areas of damage to the stucco surface and underlying cement. They repaired both leaving a beautiful result and declined extra payment. To me the approach of their team (Jeff and Ray) was above and beyond professional.

Be sure you understand what the skid proofing is when you get your concrete work done. We wanted the texture to prevent kids from skidding but didn't realize it would be so rigid on their feet. Seems to be dulling as time passes.

outstanding job would recommend without reservations

Jeff and his crew resurfaced our garage floor. He kept us informed on his scheduling, product used, and after care for the new floor surface. We really appreciated the use of their utility trailer to store items that are normally kept on the garage floor. The new look of the garage floor is so much nicer than the old cruddy looking floor that was years old. We plan on using their other services as we redesign our backyard landscaping.
