They give you a time frame that they will arrive to do the job and do not show up. You call, and they keep putting you off. They tell you they will call, and they do not. I had them install my cabinets last year, and once they did the job, I was happy with the work. The problem is that they do not show, delay, cancel or reschedule. Today I have been waiting all day for them to come, and they are a no-show again!

Did not finish installation on time. For everything they would say **we will do it later** and when contacted later, would refuse to complete the work. Cabinets were not fitted properly. When asked for customer service, I was told they **would send someone** and then they stopped taking my calls or responding.
