I loved Phillip customer service was excellent I wanted him to clear my main pipe to the street because i smell an odor like food but my bathtub upstairs was clogged so he did clean out the tub drain but for the cost of the snake i would rather got my main drain cleaned to the street because i smell that odor again

A little pricey.

Had a water line break. Came out the same day with all equipment needed and were able to start right away. Reasonable price and polite workers. Highly recommend.

We had a really nasty tree root situation and the crew did an excellent job. They were friendly and did a great job of keeping us posted as they worked their way through the repair. I would use them again in the future.

All the guys were professional, friendly, efficient--did a great job for us and were wonderful to work with. Would definitely use them again if there was a need. After a holiday weekend and 3 days w/o water, company responded quickly when I called on Tuesday morning and, although a complete water pump replacement (with 4 guys working), we had water restored to our home by that afternoon.

I did not go with a sump pump install-- I had to have the tank pumped out and the bathtub p trap replaced.... they did a great job and I would use them again in the future, if necessary.

Doug was our plumber and he was very professional and timely. He walked me through the steps of the install and even took extra steps to make sure the sink was secure and the underneath attachments all matched. We went from a two compartment sink to a one department sink. We found that the counter was not cut in exactly straight lines so he insisted on securing the sink with adhesives along with the fasteners that came with the new sink. The new sink is awesome and holds all of our pots and pans for cooking. This is the second time we have used Independence and i am sure it will not be the last. Thanks.

Very professional and very easy to work with. They worked around my schedule and showed up on time. The work done to my well was not easy because the well installer took shortcuts and used old parts on the install. We now have the right equipment and a complete understanding of what to do and check first before having to make a call. I thank Independence for fixing our well and saving us a lot of money in the process.

Doug was the plumber that came out to fix my sink. I called at 5:00pm and literally he was at my house by 6:00pm fixing my sink issue. He was professional, explained everything, and was completed with the job in a timely fashion. I will use this company for any of my future issues that may occur. Too expensive for a small repair. In addition, would not take a credit card and insisted on payment by check.

While I was having my crawl space waterproofed, that company found I had a leak. I called Independence and they came out within an hour to check out the leak. The next day, they replaced my hot water heater. Douglas did a wonderful job.

I think the company charged to much for the work.

Outstanding worker and customer service. My only issue was the price. I was quoted one price the it went up when he returned from getting parts. But the quality and workmanship were well done. I felt I over paid but you get what you pay for sometime...
