George was very professional and efficient. His work is top notch. He kept the area clean, was respectful of my time and my home. He offered suggestions and worked with me to keep my project within budget. My new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be more pleased. This job took longer than expected and quoted. Then it took awhile to come back and finish due to other jobs started. There were a couple issues with grouting shower tile (somehow took an extra half day when it was looking done, to do again). Then he grouted the top where tile meets ceiling, when I thought that part was to be white caulk. The shower head has problems, he said due to a cheap valve. That had to be redone with a better part, and still is not 100% correct, but was good enough to not pay to redo it a third time. The contractor seems like a nice, honest, sincere guy. I just expected to be a bit happier overall with the time frame and service.

George helped me design my bathroom remodel and made excellent suggestions. I appreciated his use of quality materials that enhanced the overall appearance. His crew was professional and provided good service letting me know of any items that came up during the remodel. I appreciated his efforts to clean up and demonstrate how to use the new features. This company was top notch professional!! From the first meeting and estimate to the end of the project, we felt very comfortable with the men who remodeled our bathroom. They went the extra mile to perfect our completely gutted bathroom. They were very trustworthy and we loved how they started our project and continued on it every day until they had completed it. George from Independence Plumbing and Bath was hired to remodel my kid's bathroom. Within 5 minutes of submitting my request on Home Advisor he called asking what we needed done. We exchanged pictures via text message of the current space and what we had in mind. He sent back before and after videos and pictures of similar jobs he had done. My wife and I were very impressed with his responsiveness from the start. He was flexible with scheduling meetings to discuss the work and brought a lot of good ideas and recommendations to the project. He estimated 5 days to gut the bathroom, convert the tub area into a shower with glass doors, install new flooring, baseboards, toilet, vanity, faucet, tile work, move electrical boxes, paint/caulk, and install towel & TP fixtures. George and one helper were able to complete 99% of the job in 4 days and came back out at my request to finish some touch up painting the following week. They were very professional, kept the house clean while doing the work, and always on time. We plan on using George for any additional work we need done around the house.
