Jeff is a depenable person. He completed the job on time and with top quality. There were no surprises, and he was always honest and straight up about any problems. We will be using his services in the near future for additional home improvements without a doubt.

Jeff did a good job of staying in touch when there were rain delays. He was also good when we asked him to do some extra work. Only problem we had was we gave him the wrong color of exterior paint (and he used it... Would have been nice if he'd realized it was the wrong color.) However, we bought the correct color and Jeff came back and repainted. We would call Jeff again for other minor repair jobs.

We think s a very experienced contractor who can lead his team in a variety of specialty areas; therefore eliminating the need for many diffeent specialists and you the home owner becoming the general contractor. ICS has been fair and provides quotes and change orders immediately upon request, helping the home owner understand the tally of costs that may differ from the original job quote due to new items or issues arising. We are about to place out home on the market for sale. ICS not only provided expertise in the areas we hired them for such as plumbing, roofing, construction and stone work but they also kept their eyes open and proacticely pointed out additional issues that could deflate the value of the home or cause issue with an inspector. We are satisfied with their work and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Jeff and his team showed up the day they promised, finished the day they promised and were totally professional throughout the process. Not to mention that Jeff is a very friendly and courteous man. He took time out to explain each step and offered suggestions that in the end improved upon the initial design of what we wanted done. He's creative and his skills are second to none.
