I have been a customer of this company for the past eight years. During this time, they consistently offered me a good price for their lawn care services. To take advantage of discounts and secure the best deals, I would typically prepay for their services each year. This year, the company unexpectedly doubled their rate. Due to the significant price increase, I decided not to continue using their services. I found another lawn care service provider who offered similar services at half the price. I was unaware that the company had an auto-renewal policy and forgot to cancel my service in advance. As a result, they came and fertilized my lawn before I could contact them to cancel the service. I want other customers to be aware of this auto renewal trap, as they hike the price by 200% and you end up paying double what other lawn care companies are offering.
