Colton answered our request for an estimate and came out in a timely manner. His estimate was in line with the others. He was hired because we were impressed with him and his ability to answer our questions and with his honesty. He and his crew did an excellent job in all phases of their work (removing our furniture and carefully packing our decor, drying, taking out the damaged flooring, baseboards, drywall, etc.). After our contractor finished his work, Colton and his crew returned and placed everything back in its place (had made pics). We cannot recommend IRS more highly.

We obtained quotes from multiple companies. IRS was the answer. We were getting very frustrated until Colton showed up. It was a great decision. Very professional. Answered all our questions. Very polite. Crew that showed up was excellent. Polite. Did an awesome job. We are so thankful we found them.

Very pleased. Friendly and great service. They did exactly what I wanted and didnâ t try to sell me what I didnâ t need. I had a small leak in the wall behind the kitchen sink cabinet. My plumber fixed the leak and we discovered mold on the drywall. IRS removed the mold and replaced the drywall and made it look better than it initially looked like.

Irs was great to deal with. Having the damage to my house was very stressful but Irs made it better. They were polite, on time, clean, and worked with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them for anyone with damage to their home. The owner of the company (local) met me, bid the job, and oversaw the entire project. I had one contact throughout and they were great with communication.
