Hard time scheduling them, due to the holidays and other jobs they have going. Other than that, the floors came out beautiful, and they did a great job.

The quality of the work was superb. I'm very happy with the installation. The timing wasn't great because I was told the tile could be installed at the end of the week, but the day before they were scheduled to come, I was told that the tile I wanted wasn't in stock and I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive. But overall they did a professional job. The tile was cut outside of the house (thankgoodness) and they did a good job cleaning up the work area, inside and out, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend Independent Tile to my friends and family.

"hold up on materials were due to back order by the manufacturer and was not expected. materials delays are out of our control until the product comes in. we are not a part of the supply chain until then."
