We had frozen pipe from a bad winter storm. The broken section was in a very awkward spot at ground level inside the drywall in a very crowded utility room. Mathew identified the leaking problem and fixed it nicely. He also fixed some issues that always puzzled us. In addition he taught us quite a few things about how to keep the pool running efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience working with them. One more thing, I like how they schedule the service visit. It's a two hour window but they texted me ahead of time with a precise arrival time. I have no hesitation recommending they to my friends and family.

I started using Independently Dunn this spring - 2024 and they have been nothing but amazing to work with. They are honest with prices and very helpful start to finish. They are hard workers and make sure they job is done well and correctly. They are safety focused and it shows in how to approach their job. I feel lucky to have found such a great service.

I hired Independently Dunn to repair and paint our in-ground pool over a year ago. The process took months and was riddled with broken promises, missed appointments, expensive change orders, and a lot of excuses. They finally finished painting the pool in the early fall. They demanded and were given full payment of $19,000.00. A week later we noticed the paint was cracking and peeling off of the walls and floor of the pool. We contacted them and they returned to inspect the pool. Several conversations later they admitted that they had used the incorrect materials and would need to strip, repair, and repaint the pool. They ordered the materials and time past. After many emails and phone messages they responded and said that it was too late in the year to complete the project. They explained that they needed consecutive warm, dry days to allow the paint to cure properly. That made sense so I agreed to put it off until springtime. I contacted them on May 7th to schedule the repairs. They emailed back that they were too busy with their day to day pool cleaning business and would not be able to get to my pool. I have asked them to at least put me on the schedule and after several emails, they have not responded. I could not be more disappointed with their lack of communication and follow-through. As an elderly, recently widowed woman looking to downsize I am worried that I will not be able to sell with a broken pool. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and obviously cannot refer them for any type of service.

Fast, efficient, affordable repair. I wish they were able to beat Aqua Quips monthly fee!

Nice people, always on time, did not do a good job cleaning the pool. Very overpriced. Blamed lack of ability to balance the pool on owner which is not justified.

My automatic pool cover ropes were tangled. This happened just as we were having visitors from out of state. Sadly, we could not open our pool cover and enjoy the pool. Matthew was the first to respond and give me a quote. It was a difficult job which they did in heavy downpour. They also came late in the day to accommodate our request to get it done quickly. They were able to fix my automatic pool cover. I would highly recommend Matthew for a project.

We have had a pool for 14 years. We have used several pool companies and always felt we were getting the run around. Matthew came out and gave us a fair price to replace our pool heater and change the gravel in the filter. Not only that he educated SO MUCH on our pool we were shocked and how little knowledge we had. His wife Jesse is also a delight to speak to on the phone. A++++++++ BEST pool company around!

Matt and Jesse were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about pool care. They took the time to walk me through the various steps and care they were going to take and were efficient at what they do. They also spent the time to point out to me the areas of the pool and pool equipment that would need repair in the future and gave me tips on how to mitigate issues and what to do and anticipate if those issues arose. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pool care.
