She was great with the deep cleaning of the majority my 3 bedroom 1/2 bath apartment. However, she started out strong in the back of the house and by the time she got what she considered done... there were still cob webs and unfinished details not done in the front of the house. I laid out clean sheets on the beds and had to ask her to make up the beds. I even sent her a floor plan of my exact apartment and was quoted 125 per month. When she looked around and started, the price became 40 to 60 more. I agree I have two teenage daughters. Therefore, they are messy. However, we as a family picked up and put away all items so there was only deep clean needed. I have never been charged more money by any cleaning professional before, due to being told my house was messier than she thought it would be. However, most clients don't clean before the maid gets there like I do. So, judge for yourself. She was very friendly and stayed busy to get out of the house as soon as possible. Not good or bad from my experience... just average. Honestly. Booking and being on time she was excellent at!

We hired the company for a one-time deep clean with follow-up bi-weekly cleaning service. Prompt, prepared, courteous, friendly, thorough, detail oriented...an overall outstanding job! Can't thank them enough for a job very well done!
