"let's go point by point. I asked customer to point out any touch ups at the end, which I did. 2 coats was never planned on because customer only bought 5 gallons of paint. Paint on the cieling was from me trying to touch up the old paint from the previous paint job. Paint on the door was just a mistake that is easily correctable, unless you're supposed to cover all those as well as the new carpet. was quoted for 9 hours of work and it actually became 14 hours. Customer got a bargain, imo."
