Very good job and fair price

Scheduled lawn aeration for the 8th of Sept, had to be rescheduled for the 12th. Showed up in timely matter and did a great job. Will be using Indiana Lawn Care for future needs. Would recommend company to others looking for lawn care

(I also had a dead tree removed, & a good clean up of my bushes, ornamental grasses, & my largest flower bed.) The Owner, John, came out on a cold, rainy morning to see what I needed. Right off, I was impressed with his character: honest, sincere, & friendly! I needed to break jobs up in order to see which ones I could afford. He told me that he'd send me the estimates for the break-down list, as well as the entire list in a couple of days. I was more than pleasantly surprised that I would be able to afford my entire list! Talking to the office (Rachael) was just fun! Really! And when the work was finished.... Wow! Professional and excellent! The guys AND John (he removed the tree personally) were just awesome. My husband enjoys doing his own lawn. But I insisted that he needed some help. (Disabled war Vet.) He was glad that I did! Then within two weeks of completion of my list, my hubby was taken to the ER. So I called and asked that they do our lawn two more times. No problem! And...same excellence!! I am SO GLAD that the other lawn services never returned my multiple calls! I found THE BEST Lawn Care in the entire Greater Indianapolis area!

They mowed my lawn only one time. There was some miscommunication between the mower and company on how i want my lawn mowed. I asked my lawn to be done biweekly (meaning every two weeks). Informed they will do within two weeks. My lawn was done on Friday, i want done two week from the Friday. Will see. Oh, i did not meet the person who mowed. Customer service rating is for the person i talked to on phone.

I called two other lawn care services. "We'll get back with you", they said--SEVERAL TIMES...& never got back to me. I then went to Home Advisors, checked what was offered & the reviews. Called Indiana Lawncare...& was welcomed with professional, open arms...no waiting. Honestly, I cannot rave enough about this AWESOME company!! Absolutely EVERYTHING was stellar! EVERY. THING. Indiana Lawncare is who I will stay with, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Have been very good in communicating and making the initial meeting. Mowing will start soon.
