Chris was very thorough and gave us a report in a timely fashion. I felt very comfortable with him because he would explain everything he found and make sure to point it out to me. I am a first time home buyer and have never been through an inspection. I found his willing to teach very helpful. He found a few spots on the roof that had damage and suggest we get a separate roof inspection. Turns out the house has damage throughout and needs a new roof. With all the stresses of the home buying process, it was a relief to have someone so organized conduct my home inspection. Thanks, Chris!

Very polite, thorough, and punctual.

Chris was friendly, on-time, very thorough. Showed us things of concern in the house we are in the process of purchasing telling us what are major defects and minor ones. He showed us where are mechanics and shut-off valves were located. Chris explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what he was looking for. He answered all of our questions and had a great personality. It was $300 well spent!

Chris was not only on time, he was early. He started the Inspection before I arrived. As a first time home buyer Chris explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. When I received my Inspection Report it was very meticulous and informative. I would definitely refer Indiana Pro Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Excellent work. Inspector helped identify many issues. Very professional. I do wish the inspector would offer septic inspection. The house that was inspected had two electric meters. It was difficult for inspector to understand where underground electrical supply went to once the wiring went underground from meter...so that issue was a bit troublesome., but then again, any inspector would have had issues with any underground electrical system. Inspector goes the extra mile to please the customer. 3 and a half hours inspection was very nice. I would recommend this inspector to anyone.
