He showed up and said he could do the work. Asked for money up front. Did not show up for date of service and had to hire a new contractor. He has not returned my money.

Customer service is nonexistent does not respond to customer phone calls and their mail box is always full. They do not show up when they say they would show up.

Have used this company in the past they are quick to respond slow to get to the job in some cases but it's because of prior obligations and commitments it must be difficult to have to prioritize jobs... They do a great job never ceasing to a made their knowledge I won't call anybody else

I had an emergency need for service as my well was not providing water. Jason was able to come right away. Because of the fast need, I did not compare prices and have no idea if his price was fair or not. His service and workmanship were good with one exception. He promised to return the next day to clean his mess up. He did not return, and now I have a good pump and fifty feet of pump tubing in my yard, as well as the bad pressure tank in my crawl space. When I try to call him I get the phone not available and message service is full, not able to any take messages. Because I am disabled I will have to pay extra to have someone else finish the job.

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
I was contacted by the owner of the company via text after my review was posted. He was late almost 4 hours to replace my well pump and tank. He did however keep in touch.He installed quickly once he got to my home. I paid 1,550.00. I thought he would replace the tank that I previously had with the same size but to my surprise he replaced it with a much smaller tank. I noticed a leak after he left and we scheduled a couple times to have it fixed but it always fell through. It's been a month now and I am still stuck with this leak (a steady drip).I think it was very unprofessional of him to contact me over a review and call it defamation. I have a right to rate the service that I paid for and was not happy with. *Update..He still hasn't fixed the leak, now there are two leaks.

Indiana Wellwork came through with an alternative solution for our well problem and worked dilligently to complete the repairs at a reasonable price. Having an older home, the project involved some unforeseen problems but they were dealt with professionally. We were most impressed that our project was made a priority and despite the unforeseen problems, we were not gouged for "extras". I would encourage anyone who is having issues with their water well to call Jason James at Indiana Wellwork first. Don't fall for a sales pitch from some other contractor that you need a new well. Have Jason come look at it first. Being without water is nerve wracking enough and required some adjustments in our routines, but I am glad we looked at other options aside from digging a new well and hired Indiana Wellwork to get our service restored.

I'm disabled and I could not reach the hose bib. Without being asked, Jason took it upon himself to bring the hose bib to waist level so I could use the valve. He kept his word about things he had said he'd do. In my opinion, he's an all around honest person and I would recommend him to anybody.

Nice guy who seemed to be dogged by bad luck. The final installation was not double checked and a valve was left open that flooded our crawl space with a foot of water. I had to provide a pump to remove the water. After it was all over I learned that this was not the first time this had happened to him. I think that after it happened once it should never again. He had just installed the valve and didn't check that it was closed.

"I want to start by saying that this gentleman was bartering for price from the beginning, telling me all about how his Pump and Well system was which from experience typically they're wrong and in this case it was no different he was completely wrong. His pump was stuck in the well and him and his son dog over my shoulder under the premise of helping the whole time. This is after I was running late which doesn't make a lick of difference when your having to prioritize your jobs. I got back and he told me that he was about this close from hiring somebody else at which point I should have told him to go ahead and then he wanted money off."
