I was specifically looking for an arborist that could prune fruit trees, as well as shape other tree types...not just a tree trimmer (which are a dime a dozen). Jansen was very knowledgeable about fruit trees on how to prune for maximum fruit bearing. He also knew how to trim our maple, redbud, ornamental cherry, and spruce trees. We scheduled or a Saturday at 8AM and he showed up at 7:54AM, despite the January weather too! Courteous and friendly workers, cleaned up trimmings entirely. I would highly recommend.
