Matt worked hard to get our place cleaned out after 4-5ft of storm surge flooded the interior of our house following Hurricane Helene. He was creative and motivated in overcoming power and other obstacles. He did a good job keeping us appraised of progress throughout.

We didn't actually use Mold Docs services but cannot recommend them highly enough! We had the Mold Docs come out and do a water damage assessment after a small leak. They said we were super lucky and didn't actually need any restoration work. We had another company who gave us a $3800 estimate. I was blown away that a business would have such integrity and turn down potential business even if it hurt their bottom line. We need more companies who have this kind of professionalism and integrity these days.

Horrible service never received the lab test next day and paid extra for it, more like end of week talked about mitigation and doing a dry fog and never have I received a call to do so, Omost like they don’t wanna make money I get the feeling it’s a scam and they’re just running around charging people 400$ to test for mold with there janky mold testing devices and technicians that can’t answer simple pricing questions don’t bother with this company there jokers!

The mold removal process went well. Since it has only been a month, it is too early to tell how long it will last. Dan was prepared to replace the drywall in the ceiling at that time. That would have been a mistake! Another company came out and discovered the flashing was leaking. If Dan had proceeded, I would have had the same problem again.

Performed air quality testing and suggested remediation treatment. Appreciate their communication and follow up. Hoping not to need mold remediation in the future, but appreciate their expertise when needed!

Easy process

Pure Mold will spray to kill the mold, but will not physically wipe the Mold down. The home failed a secondary *re-inspection*, a few days after the initial air fogging, because there was still visible mold. I contacted Daniel a few times asking if he had the results of the air quality test back and he stated it must have been lost. I asked him to come back and do a second air sample, a few times, and asked for it in writing that if the results of the test were that there is still mold in the house, that he would come re fog the house. He never showed up to take a new air quality sample and I ended up having to pay someone else to remove the visible mold, to get my house to pass an inspection so I could sell the house. -I understand that wiping down the mold was not offered, but he could have made an attempt to get a new air sample and write up that if mold is still present that he would re-fog the home. But he did none of this.

Very knowledgeable, removed mold and treated the area and the air in our home. It's wonderful to have the peace of mind that our home's air is mold free. Would recommend 100%!
