The technician was punctual and very knowledgeable. We hired him to look at some light fixture wiring that was not working. He was able to figure out what the problem was in less than 15 minutes. Once he got that fixed he even offered to put up a fan that we originally needed put into that room. The fan has been working great.

In the middle of an unprecedented winter storm these guys drove to my house in far south Austin to fix a broken water pipe. They were amazing, Answered my request promptly, and gave me an appointment when most Austin plumbers weren't answering their phones or sending crews out. And on top of everything else they were very reasonable in their billing. I can't say enough good things about this company!

READ THIS - They are crooks. Bait and switch, tell you one thing, and then submit a $925 bill for changing out a bathtub faucet that took an hour of plumping work. DO NOT USE.

The people at Indigo were very friendly on the phone and the workman was on time and very professional as well. When he had left I thought they had done a really good job but I noticed few days later that the screen that he replaced did not match my neighbors. I had specifically asked for a dark screen that EXACTLY matched my neighbors color since my HOA requires that. He got the screen at Home Depot after sampling color.That day when he left I didn't notice it but it's it's pretty bad. I can send you a picture if you'd like. I will have to have the screen replaced again. However I feel this is really my fault. I should have immediately brought it to his attention and not paid. But I didn't So I share the blame. Or I take all the blame on this one. Especially considering I'm just now reviewing it 2-3 weeks later. I think they must be very busy too because I emailed them on a different matter and never got a response

The job was professionally done within the time specified , Juan was extremely good with the installation plus after the job was completed he cleaned the area. Now we have recess lights that brighten our study room. Great Job!!!

Indigo does good work at a fair price. Their technicians are polite and efficient. The only negative here is the upfront customer service. Responses to queries about the bids or getting updated bids are slow. Calling works better than email.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
