company INDOOR AIR CARE is a rip off dishonest low life company, the owner Freddy came to repair my A/C unit and deliberately rip off the electrical box from wall thinking i would not know what he did, the day before this happen and even the morning of i was at the box and it was solid on the wall, i had left him by himself to go inside and when i went back to the outside unit i saw it and immediately confront him about it, he state that they do not use that kind of box anymore & he can sell me a new one for $210, at first he denied it then u could see the guilt in his face and he said he will speak with management to get me a replacement well its been 3 weeks and i have made numerus call and he as yet to return my calls, he is not trust worthy you do not purposely damage customers property in order to generate business, he is a crook & yes i did file a report with Better business Bureau and Florida Dept of Business prof Regulation, its the principle of it all you just don' do that when someone let u in their home. This guy is a Liar! A Thief! A crook ! this is based on my experience with him / their company

Had a 16 year old system which broke down several times during the last 5 years. Freddy came over each time and took care of the problem. Always very professional and friendly so when the time came for a new system, I called them and withing 4 days they installed a new system. Very very satisfied. I recommended them to my girlfriend a year ago. She had her A/C system installed by them and she has only nice things to say. Thank you very, I highly recommend them.

The technicians came on time and the office team did constant follow up to ensure that I understand the the process that were being done.

I got a few quotes from other A/C companies & decided to chose Indoor Air Care not only base on price but the caring way the owner took the time to explain the different kind of units & how work will be done. I am so glad i did, the workers that did the new unit installation did a clean neat job. I totally got what i was told. from now on this will be my go to company & i surely will recommend them to family & friends.

He came right out, checked the unit and gave us an estimate which we accepted. Installation was scheduled for the next day. The crew was on time and finished earlier than expected. I would recommend Indoor air Care 100%. Inspector came in and passed the installation. The lady in the office was very helpful also.

Freddy and his crew installed a complete system... including relocating my air handler, duct work, additional vents and intakes. Amazing job, professional, clean and efficient. Liz in the office is awesome too ! Would recommend to anyone.

I have used Indoor Air Care for over a year. I have a 12 year old central air conditioning system. Freddy, the owner, came to my home for repairs and maintenance. He is so responsible for his customers needs, Freddy would be there within 24 hours. When the system finally stopped working Freddy met with me the same day to discuss a new system and options. By the way, my house was 92 degrees! Freddy was able to order the system and do the install the following day with his Dad and brother. They cleaned up the mess with No issues. I truly recommend Indoor Air Care. I also have to give Kudos to Ana and Monica, the customer service managers.

had dryer vent cleaned, called ahead, came when scheduled. Dustin, the tech, was very friendly, polite, did a great job. Cleaned up afterward.Price was great, lowest price of all places that I received a quote.
