Founded in 1993, Indoor Air Professionals is completely focused on providing indoor air quality services and solutions to homeowners and business owners alike. We've worked in homes, office buildings, schools, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, hospitals and on US naval ships. We continue to research, design, test and use the most advanced technologies. I was not happy with the quality of the work done the first time they came to my house. As soon as I called they made sure that someone was sent out right away to inspect the project. After inspecting the ducts he offered to have the job repeated free of charge and also took money off the price for our inconvenience. I am very satisfied with quality of the project and very impressed by how conscientious Indoor Air Professionals is. I would use them again.

I couldnt tell if my ducts were indeed cleaned as advertised, as I was not afforded the opportunity to inspect them. But my basement was covered with dust and dirt. It took me the better part of the next day to clean everything. When I pointed out the dust on the duct, I was told it was there from before, which I totally know is false. I hired based on home repair show on the radio, but will never trust again.

Air Professionals were prompt in contacting me and sent out a packet with DVD explaining their service. It was very informative. No high pressure salesman. Let me call and set up appointment when I was ready, unlike a competitor that kept calling every few days. That was a real turn off. Indoor Air Professionals were prompt, efficiant, and did a great service. They explained everything and showed me exactly how much dust, toys etc. they got out of all the duct work and central return. We have allergies and asthma in our home and are looking forward to marked improvement in our conditions, less dust and much cleaner smelling.
