Excellent experience. The ducts had never been cleaned in the house that I recently purchased and moved into, which is 40 years old. The two indoor air pros explained each step in the process as they worked, being sure to show me before and after (literally looking at the ducts and seeing the filters, before and after). I’m very happy with the results. We have allergies, and I no longer wake up with nasal congestion. Definitely worth the money!

Flawless experience with Indoor Air Professionals. While they may be a little pricey compared to others the job they do is very thorough. Well worth the money. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again the next time I need a duct cleaning!

The service was above excellence. Aaron the Manager left me a message on Sunday regarding my interest and left me his cell phone # and the work # to call and set up an appointment - this told me he valued me as a potential customer. When I left a message I was contacted immediately. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The technicians Brian and Jerry were very professional - Brian explained everything they were going to do and showed me every step of the way the dust in the vents and both before and after pictures. I was very confident in both their knowledge and expertise in the work they performed. Brian even fixed one of my vents that I had taped to the wall! Above and beyond service! The price was less than I paid for a local competitor 10 years ago and I now know they did not clean my vents the way Brian and Jerry did. Breathing clean air in my home is very important especially since with our weather I am in the house during the winter months breathing in air from the heating vents - I can tell an immediate difference. This is an investment in your health and I would recommend this company to do the work.

I hired this company because they are the company which have the most experience in doing duct cleaning. This is the 1st time for a duct cleaning so I have no other to compare it too. They were on time and professional. The house really needed a duct cleaning and I feel that they did an excellent job.

The two men that came to our home were very thorough in what they did. They were very friendly, and professional and treated our home as if it were their own. Quick response on the estimate. Crew arrived on time and was extremely professional. They walked me through step by step of the process, showed me the equipment used and completed the work in a very timely manner! Upon completion I was shown what they pulled out of my vents, ducts, diffusers, etc. Unbelievable!! The amount of pet fur, hair, dust and other junk... no wonder we were always sick. Its great knowing that we are breathing clean air once again!
