Tom was prompt, extremely thorough, detailed and professional with explaining every detail while examining for mold in our basement as well as testing another area in the crawl space. He explained things in terms the average customer is able to understand. I would highly recommend Tom Worrell.

I would just like others to know how extremely happy I was using Tom Worrell for mold remediation. He always returned my calls promptly and couldn&apos;t do enough to put our minds at ease during the entire process. If you exaggerate every 5 star review, it wouldn&apos;t do justice to the experience we had with Tom and his company. He is truly a professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I&apos;ve been in my house for over 30 years and have used many many contractors and would have to say he was probably the best one to walk into my home. I consider myself lucky to have found him. If your looking for an honest, hardworking, courteous, respectful, talented person in a field known for some questionable ethics, look no further. You won&apos;t be sorry!

Tom and his team were amazing from the start. I initially contacted Tom to evaluate a room in the basement for mold and toxicity where we had water leak for quite sometime. Tom did the initial evaluation at no charge and provided a detailed proposal for mold removal and the complete project plan. It was very professional. We ended up hiring Tom for the job and he did exactly as he specified on the proposal and did a fantastic work overall. I can clearly see he takes his profession very seriously. SInce we had an amazing experience in this small project, we immediately hired him for the larger project we had in mind (Basement Waterproofing with french drain system). Again, Tom came up with detailed proposal with complete visibility into the project with a plan (Cost, Effort, Time etc.,). Again, no surprises and in spite of a scope creep in the project he still honored the proposal pricing and did an outstanding job. We can confidently say that Tom and his team has been the best contractors we have ever worked with. If Tom does other projects than the 3 he has listed (Mold remediation, Basemenet Waterproofing and Air quality testing), I would hire him in a heart beat for other projects we have in mind. With this type of commitment to work and friendly customer service, I am positive IAS will grow as the go to company for customers in NJ/PA area.

We were very pleased with Tom&apos;s work. He returned all phone calls promptly and patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. He set our minds at ease regarding the extent of the mold problem in our bathroom and adjoining closet. He could have easily told us that the damage was worse. Tom was on time every day and was very respectful of our home. He constructed a tent to confine dust only to his work area and not the rest of the house. After opening up the wall he discovered a septic vent pipe that was disconnected. He repaired it for us with no additional charge. Access to our attic is difficult and he did so twice without complaint. When he was done, the wall and ceiling were perfect and the whole area was clean. We were so comfortable having him in our home that at times we forgot he was even there. For what he had to do the cost was very reasonable. It was a pleasure working with him.

Totally professional and great to work with. Extraordinarily respectful of me and especially my home. Responded quickly with a quote in writing at or below other professionals in the area. Clear communication throughout the whole process. He removed mold caused by a roof leak in my kitchen pantry and replaced the drywall. Tom was very professional and honest when he came to test my basement for mold . He also addressed the wet walls and floor from improper drainage. After seeing the air sample testing and Toms plan of action I was convinced he knew what to do. He removed the mold and also did the remediation work along with waterproofing . I was happy with his work from start to finish. I was very comfortable leaving Tom in my house while I was at work . After he re-tested the air samples I was able to see his work was a success!. Tom did an excellent job removing the mold from the attic of my house. He was very neat and careful taking his equipment to and from. It was a 2 day project in which he did a thorough job and provided me with a bottle of solution to remove mold from furniture in other areas of the house. He was very informative/knowledgeable as to what was causing the mold and explained how to keep it from reoccurring. He tested the mold level before and after his work and provided me with a detailed report. It was a pleasure having him in my home.

We initially chose IAS since their proposal guaranteed successful remediation and because they certify their work, both of which I found not all mold removal services will do. That was important to us because we wanted peace of mind and to have the remediation documented for potential future buyers of our house. The deciding factor between them and the only other company that would provide the same deliverables was that their estimate was about $1700 cheaper. As promised, the mold remediation was successful and certified. It was very straight forward and there were no unexpected issues or charges along the way. Their company president, Tom Worrell, was my point of contact and also participated in the remediation. Judging by the other reviews it seems that this is typically the case. Tom is a great guy. I probably bothered him a bit too much with various questions about how to ensure the mold doesn&apos;t come back, how to properly ventilate the space, what insulation should be used, etc. Despite that, he gladly and promptly answered all of my questions, phone calls and emails. I definitely feel like he went the extra mile for us. I highly recommend IAS for mold removal services.
