Highly recommend Frank for all of your HVAC needs!! Always works quickly, efficiently, explains the work heâ s doing, doesnâ t pressure you into anything. He listens to what you want, shows up and gets the job done! Excellent service. I texted Frank asking when he would be available to come give an estimate on thermostat replacements. He called me right away asking if I had any specific ones in mind. I told him the cheaper options would be best. He came to my house that day, showed me a basic thermostat he just installed for another customer, explained the different ones, checked the wiring and told me heâ d come back with ones that would work well with what wiring I had. (He gave me the option to use that same wiring or if I wanted him to rewire for the newer, modern types.) That same day, Frank came back with ones he bought inbetween jobs and installed them!

I called frank and left him a voicemail and let him know Iâ d be available call or text and I got a text a few minutes late from him. He Ave me a few times lord to come in and we picked a time that worked. He was on time, professional and simply put, he got the job done. He had to step away to get a part, installed it, cleaned our system at the unit and in our home. He even gave some education on our unit and what would help make it run efficiently. He followed up the next two days to see that everything was still great and when I had a filter question, even offered to research it to see if it was compatible. He sent me photos of before and after of his work done for my records as well. I highly recommend Frank to anyone. Great guy, very reasonable and knew what he was doing. He didnâ t try to sell us on anything or give us â Iâ ll get back to youâ . He took the whole situation in front him and handled it.

My 3 year old central air install was having issues cooling the house during the hottest days of the summer and the house was getting hot. Frank at Indoor Climate Solutions was referred to me by my friend who is the head of the HVAC program at the local technical school. Frank took my call immediately and carefully listened and took the time to understand what was going on. Due to the heat wave and nature of the issue Frank made himself available and we set up a consultation the following day. Once on the scene Frank was meticulous in going through my Central AC system, from top to bottom, inspecting all aspects. He was able to diagnose the problem and went to work correcting the issues the same day. Frank kept me informed of the progress, the issues, and the corrections as they took place and was able to fully resolve everything in great time. Frank completes honest and thorough work and provides some of the best service I have received during my home ownership.
