Took 6 months of "installation" and still did not have working AC. They "replaced" parts on a brand new AC, could never figure out the problem, left us hanging and said they would be back in May. Called another company to get to the issue they "couldn't" find and had a working AC in an hour. Save your money and time, please go elsewhere!!!!!!!

We were quoted a Rheem but ended up getting a much lower quality mainline. We have been having problems with it for years now. Started right away. They couldn't fox the issue after about 15 service calls so they threw a new unit in.( not the same model but still mainline) and that started screwing up within a month. Totally different issues with this one. Last time we called to have them come look we were told by lou to go somewhere else he wasnt gonna do anything, je wont answer our calls now so we are stuck paying a better company to clean up his mess. We've been lied to, yelled at, and talked down to by Lou. His workers told us some stories about what a crummy employer he is. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Thank goodness for Lou and Indoor Comfort! Their work was outstanding and I have Air Conditioning again. They were super reliable and efficient. They were really honest with me and worked within my budget. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our A/C went out in the middle of July! I called a long list of HVAC contractors with no help at all. There were no parts or units available for 30 to 60 days due to Covid. Then, by chance, I called Lou at Indoor Comfort. Instead of saying "there is nothing available!" Lou said to let him check and he would call me back. An hour later Lou called back saying he found a new evaporator coil and A/C unit that would work for us! Even better, he said they could install it first thing Monday morning! On Monday morning their fantastic technician Robbie arrived right on time and worked in the heat all day. By afternoon we had fresh cold air again! As Senior citizens we really appreciate the extra effort and care that Indoor Comfort showed us. I cant thank Lou and Robbie enough. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs in ABQ..
