I called multiple companies in the Austin area for a/c replacement and Seth came out and gave me an honest opinion and great price . I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

If anyone in my family has an A/C issue we call Seth at ICE. He’s honest, responsive, and does all he can to help you out price wise. We’ve used them for years. If you have an A/C issue, you need to call them.

Seth was on time, very thorough inspection and fixed my problem efficiently! I willdefinitely call him back if I have any problems with my system and to service it!

Seth answered my call promptly on a Sunday regarding my elderly mother’s air conditioning unit not working properly. He arrived within a few hours while communicating with me the entire time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get her unit working again shortly after. He went above and beyond and was professional and courteous with my mom! I would definitely recommend him and will keep his information handy if ever needed again!

Seth was very professional and polite. He addressed the problem immediately and supplied me with a more than reasonable price to repair the issue. Had a very pleasant experience with the office as well, the office girls were very helpful as far as scheduling and keeping me updated on appointment time.
