My furnace started to give up (21 years old). I called different companies, since I didn't have heat. 2 Companies responded, charged me, didn't fix anything, gave me quotes for replacement, and they were very high. I looked on Home Advisor, and I found Indoor Comfort Systems (Mike). He responded to my email, and calls immediately and offered to come at 10.30pm to get me going for heat! After, we agreed that he will come in the morning, Mike spent almost 2 hours, figuring if it is worth fixing, and gave me many options to choose from. I decided to go with a new Furnace. Mike price was very competitive and very honest. Mike, and John (Thank you, good job) Came the following day with the new furnace and installed it quickly, and the heat is back on! I will defiantly recommend Mike to all of my friends and family. He is very professional and honest. A+

Our heating furnace was blowing cold air. Mike came within an hour. He analyzed all the wiring and explained me what was working and what could be wrong. He got the furnace going and suggested permanent solution. I will hire him again.

Mike, the owner, was great to work with. Not only was his price much less than the larger heating companies, but I liked the fact that he gave me the quote, rather than some salesman, and he did the install, rather than some subcontracted tech.

I have hired Mike to work at many of the places that I manage. He is excellent at what he does. He returns calls promptly, always shows up on time or even earlier. He gives you a quote and sticks to the price. He never does more than what has to be done. He is very professional and I would highly recommend his to anyone who needs heat and or ac work done.

Very pleasant. Did why they said they would. When any issue came up they adjusted it to line up with what they quoted. They did right by me.

The service crew came and did the work in the time that was stated. Their was a few bumps in the road with getting the proper furnace. Mike did his absolute best to make everything work out to the quote he gave me and fully lived up to all of it. He went above and beyond what he said. Nice guy. I would highly recommend him. A suggestion for HomeAdvisor's web page: Add an additional choice for people; I had to choose Furnace installation because there was nothing else that was related to what I needed done, which was to install a fresh air intake on my furnace. Perhaps a choice of Furnace Air Intake or some other category for a small installation job on a heating system.

I have used this vendor before, I couldn't get in touch with him as he left me his fax# instead of his telephone number. He solved the problem with my A/C unit.

They were on time, explained what they were doing throughout the job and did a great job installing the A/C and Heating Units we needed. Also their price for the entire job couldn't be beat!

Mike, of Indoor Comfort Systems, was the only HVAC guy to take the time to go on line to find the now obsolete part I needed to connect my new AC to my existing 35 year old wood/oil furnace duct work and then hand fit it into the very cramped space and make it work saving my thousands of dollars over what others had proposed or what others had simply refused to tackle. On a 97 degree day, Mike got the new system installed and working great. I'd recommend Mike and ICS to anybody.

A.c. works great, came exactly on time, and showed me everything he was doing with an easy to understand explanation. Great price too! Over all top notch everything!

I read every review by the other customers and was very careful to pick this contractor because he provided the highest rated service, but also did not appear to sell new systems unless they were needed. He came promptly, had all the tools and was meticulous in his work. He corrected several problems: a cracked pipe, an improper installation of a part by the previous vendor and identified the regulator from the gas provider was not working at the proper PSI. That is scheduled to be fixed later by the gas company. I am very pleased with the service and result. I did not choose the cheapest quote.

Returned phone calls promptly and scheduled job according to my needs. Very professional and timely. The estimate given was what was delivered.- on time on budget. The competition was slower to respond, could't do it as fast. A pleasure to do business with!
