Robert Ruffner and staff were very patient in explaining the remediation process. This was a difficult crawl space to work in because of the 24" height. The men took time to do a thorough job. We were pleased with positive test results which came back in the promised 3-5 days. Stephanie kept us informed on the schedule and every part of the process took place on time. I would recommend IES to anyone needing remediation

Indoor Environmental Specialists went above and beyond the call of duty on both of their visits to my home. I appreciated the common-sense, multi-factor approach (instead of the pricey crawl-space encapsulation that others wanted to sell me.) I appreciated Mr. Ruffner's willingness to sit with me and let me get to know him a bit before we did business. I liked that he kept his eyes open and alerted me to other problems around my home, besides the one I called him for. I also feel that he educated me; I now understand my mold problem better than I did before. I like his respect for his team. Once we'd agreed on a plan, they were fast!

Robert Ruffner and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient, attentiive, friendly and hard workers. They finished a 4 day job in 3 and were a blessing to me. Their work is 100% guaranteed and Robert followed up with phone calls and reports. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service in their buildings.

Robert Ruffner was fair in price, on time, and very professional. For the first time in 13 years I do not smell mold. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. He took care of my problem in a day and returned the next day to check on the humidity and mold He guarantees his work 100%.
