I can’t say enough about Alon and his team. Alon’s professional and knowledgeable manner guided me through a process that was not familiar to me. He educated me on the whole process and patiently answer all of my questions…. And there were many. His whole team were exceptional, especially Kenny and his wife. They did an exceptional job, especially in our unfinished basement - which was really a dusty disaster area. They worked hard the whole day there, only stopping for lunch. The process from start to finish was smooth and everyone involved was more than accommodating when asked to explain the test results both before and after the project. Really a great experience.

I would never trust this company again. Long story short, I contacted them for flooding cleanup. Initially, the man i spoke with was incredibly kind and sympathetic. However, he basically was ENCOURAGING me to commit insurance fraud. He wanted me to tell the insurance company the flood wasn't my fault (it was). I brushed it off, as there was no way I was going to do that (BIG MISTAKE). He was also adamant they would NOT wait for insurance reimbursement and demanded 50% payment up front. If you plan on filling a claim with the insurance company, I would NOT recommend hiring this company. The team that should up, again super professional and kind. However, once I gave my insurance company their quote, they asked me to tell them to cease and desist, as they thought the estimate was outrageous, borderline predatory. So, when I notified this company, they again stated they would not wait for the insurance company and demanded $3700 in payment, OR THEY WOULD NOT LEAVE MY HOUSE!!! That is downright scammy behavior. I paid them and told them to get out of my house. Upon departure, they also just left all the debris in our front yard for us to deal with, despite paying them. Do NOT hire these sharks, you will regret it! BLUF: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They behave like the damn mafia. You are forwarned.

Indoor Green Solutions saved my basement from mold I didn't even know existed. Their work is awesome and their customer service is even better. They walked me thru everything and made sure I understood. They seemed to really care about my air quality and health. Would highly recommend!!!

They responded very quickly to our problem and did good work. As with any multi-thousand dollar home repair, it's best practice to seek multiple bids before signing a contract.

Very disappointed with the lack of service from this company. We were promised mold removal and remediation and did not get it and I have been deeply concerned for the health and safety of myself and my young children. After their initial job was “completed” we paid in an independent mold inspector (because we could clearly see and smell existing mold) who confirmed the removal and remediation was not completed. They sent in a technician recently who took photos and videos of undeniable mold on drywall and green, moist baseboards under the carpet, and he stepped outside “to get a signal” and then he was gone. When the evidence was shared, all communications stopped from their company. They do not stand by their work, they literally run away from work not completed.

Every person who came to our home was wonderful. And the team did a super job and left everything clean. And their contract entitles us to free inspections for five years and they would remediate any mold found at no cost—that shows they really stand by their work.

I had a great experience with Indoor Green Solutions. They completed mold remediation in a very tight crawlspace, and I was extremely impressed with the work they did. The crew took all the necessary steps to properly remove the mold, clean out the debris, and make sure the crawlspace was thoroughly taken care of. They were professional, hardworking, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they showed up on time, and they kept me informed throughout the job. Once the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the debris and junk. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Indoor Green Solutions to anyone needing mold remediation. Great company, great communication, and a hardworking crew!

The service was not satisfactory as they ended up remodeling my bathroom. Shortly after I now have leakes on the bathroom floor.

The Indoor Solutions crew worked efficiently to treat our basement and remediate the situation. They were excellent in every way. The crew moved furniture, packed up certain items, cleaned up and later restored our basement with new paint and flooring. It’s now a much more inviting space.

Owen, Alon, and their whole team were excellent. They helped us during a crisis when water was in the basement and mold appeared. They helped us do a full basement renovation and external modifications to deal with water.

Iâ m so happy with indoor green solutions. They worked quickly and were very neat and tidy. We discovered mold in our ceiling when I was 8 months pregnant and had a long list of house projects piling up, so the discovery of mold in our ceiling didnâ t come at an ideal time since we were very pressed for time to get everything done. They sent a tech out the same day I called to test for mold spores. Before they tear anything out you get a pretty good idea of how significant the problem is from the spore test that they do. They use a third party lab and you get a very comprehensive and complete report that details exactly how much and what type of mold spores are in the air. Once the report came back positive, they had a team out the very next work day who worked incredibly hard to get our job done faster than I even thought possible. I think the value is very much worth it and I can rest easy knowing this hidden problem is now taken care of in our house.
