I was told I would get a 15% discount becasue there was a speical going on. I did not recieve that discount and when i call the company they said they would send a check but they never did.

The technicians showed up well within a reasonable time frame, and were pleasant and courteous, and did the job in a timely manner. A very minor detail was forgotten, but I called the office and they came right back and cheerfully took care of the matter. They did a great job, and recommended a necessary treatment that was not overkill and solved the problem that my system had very nicely. The office staff was also courteous and knowledgeable, and pricing was easily understood so that I could get a good idea what would be involved. Will hire this company again when needed.
