They came to my house on a Saturday and installed a Thermo coupler, which took about 1 hour, had my wife sign a bill that was not filled out. When we received the bill we were billed for 3 hours of labor and a $10.25 part. When I called I was told that I had to pay from the minute the tech left his house until he got back home after the service call. I have never heard of someone being charged this way. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!!!
