We are a locally owned and operated company. We value honesty and integrity in all aspects of our business. We only appraise residential properties for a variety of situations including mortgage financing, refinance, divorce, estate settlement, property tax reduction and personal valuation purposes to name a few. With over 30 years experience and tens of thousands of residential appraisals in Central Indiana, we’ve got the knowledge and experience to take care of your home appraisal needs. We do not appraise commercial real estate, businesses, personal property etc but if you are in need of an appraisal on a home, we can definitely take care of those appraisal needs!

I hired him back in June and I paid him in full that day, he told me it would take the weekend but he would get my appraisal straight over to me. It is October and he has not responded to a single message of mine, will not answer his phone, and is straight-up just ignoring me. I have a lot going on in my life and made that clear to him and still nothing. He also showed up a day and a half late to even come to do the appraisal so I should have known then!
