Indy Renovation did a wonderful job replacing the bathtub in our bathroom. They worked with us to get us a fair price, and were able to work with my wife and I's busy schedules to get our remodel completed on time! I'd also like to say a special thank you to Deanna for answering all our questions and helping make this a great experience for us! We will definitely look to use Indy Renovation again!

Noticed a small tank leak late on Wednesday. They were out Thursday for an assessment and returned Friday to install a new 50 gallon gas water heater. They uninstalled the old, installed the new, replaced an old shutoff valve, replaced the old exhaust piping, removed all old materials, and were out in about two hours. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Great job...

Hung shelves and did a good job on those. Was supposed to complete a cabinet for me. It has been a week and haven't heard a word. Reached out and no response.

Indy Renovation remodeled my master bathroom along with the flooring in my master closet and bedroom. The end result not only exceeded my expectations but it came out just breathtaking, like right out of a magazine! Not only were they friendly, accommodating & trustworthy, they literally helped me with the entire design and layout from picking out tile, paint colors, hardware, floating shelves etc. They are so knowledgeable and truly experts at their craft! Coming home and walking into my master suite makes my day every day! I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling needs.

We had a serious water leak that damaged our kitchen. Indy Renovation came to us highly recommended and did not disappoint. Admittedly the repair took longer than we would have liked but that is the only detrimental thing we can say (and that was our not knowing what to expect). We had them do a complete kitchen renovation The workers were always prompt upon arriving by being here when they said they would. They were meticulous about every detail and the finished product was immaculate. The workers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up after each visit and left us with a wonderful kitchen. The owner regularly checked on the progress and made excellent recommendations. We highly recommend Indy Renovations to anyone wanted quality work done in their home.

Indy Renovation remodeled my upstairs bathroom. They put in the new stone floors, painted and installed the new toilet, etc. Very happy with the results and would hire again!

Shane, Gary and their crew are awesome to work with. David and Dave were the main contractors on the job for my bathroom remodel after an upstairs leak caused water damage to the walls and floor. Dave and David tore out the bathroom using drop cloths and lots of TLC to be sure the rest of my condo wasn't destroyed in the process. David replaced the shower and updated some plumbing to fit the new fixtures. He's really a true professional and is passionate about doing great work. I'd go so far as to say he's meticulous in his approach to getting the job done right without cutting corners. Jim came through and did an excellent job on the drywall repair and ceiling texture matching. Most of all, I appreciated that they not only got back to me in a timely manner when I called or texted about progress and timelines but also that they let me be absent from my place with doors left unlocked for them to work while I went about my summer days and lived life uninterrupted. That was HUGE to be able to come and go without any worry about what was going on with the remodel job during the day. Thanks a TON for a job well-done!

Our glass block enclosed shower in our 20-year old house seemed to be leaking around the base, and we decided to have Indy Renovation take it out and have a new frameless glass shower installed. Turned out there was a lot of leaking under the shower pan, and so there was wood rot and other issues to correct. The work crew showed me the damage, talked through how they would correct it before the new shower would be put in. They replaced the underflooring under the shower, the drain pipe, shower pan and installed natural stone surface in the shower. They recommended we have have a separate glass professional put in the frameless glass, since there were more cuts than they felt comfortable doing. I appreciated this advice, and Indy Restoration subtracted the estimate for the shower enclosure from their bill. I appreciated their honesty and hard work. We are extremely pleased with the final product, 4 months after installation.

These guys are wonderful. I do my homework before hiring any contractors, and Indy Renovation came highly recommended at the place where I bought my tile. They tiled a master bath, guest bath, built a master shower, and did tile back splash in the kitchen and bar area. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. Junior and his helpers were meticulous with the details -- used a laser for straight lines, maintained consistent grout width, no cracked or broken tiles, etc.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We got into contract 11/7/2018 and given a completion date of 12/01/2018... it's 1/08/2019 and it's still NOT DONE right...and the job is FOR A CHURCH!! The job involved replacing a pedestal sink, toilet, and shower enclosure (with door) and MINIMAL drywall work. They tried to install the wrong door, muddied up 6 DAY OLD CARPET which I had to clean, and are on their 5th attempt to fix the drywall. They have ZERO communication, excuses for everything, and minimally skilled tradesmen. Don't be drawn in by their low price like we were and use SOMEONE ELSE.

Project was to take only 1 to 1 1/2 days total. Took 4 days of my time. Workmanship initially good in first attempt to replace bathroom floor. Unfortunately, because carpenter arrived later in day, a second carpenter finished the work on another day. This was a disaster. Pristine wall tile was damaged in multiple places, toilet was not set straight, vinyl floor covering wasn't laid straight. Knicks in door frame, paint damaged. Had to have salesman come out and look over damage and poor workmanship. Was not satisfied with his response, but had the better carpenter come back to correct mistakes. Very dissatisfied with company's overall performance.

Started 2 weeks later than the agreed upon time, due to "damaged goods", and was not notified that they were not coming on the appointed day. Still having difficulty getting them to come back to finish the project.

Very polite and clean. Always showed up on time. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication on order status and work completion. Highly recommended.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!! EMPLOYEES and Gary had NO communication skills, employees would tell us one thing, GARY told us another. They were suppose to come back and do a WALK through, NEVER DID! OUR tile is MISS MATCHED, NOT LINED UP CORRECTLY, looks like a 3 year old child done this!!! Ceiling was suppose to be ripped out and redone, this was not done, instead they mudded it up, which LOOKS like CRAP!!! Was not sanded properly, Employees BROKE our toliet seat, tried to HIDE it with plumbers tape, also BROKE our new cabinets for the sink and the mirror above the sink. Spent 8,000.00 on a 5x8 bathroom...just HORRIBLE. NOT WORK THE MONEY!!!

THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND EXPLANED THE NEW ITEM VERY WELL. ALSO THERE CLEAN UP WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WILL BE LOOKING TO THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR MORE UP COMING ITEMS FOR INSTALLATION.

Clean,, Friendly, Excellent Craftsmanship, always cleaned up when done for the day, use tarps to cover foot paths (Carpet mainly) they are using while there, they know what they are doing, you can trust them, they are quick, but with quality. Look at materials for your project some before meeting with them and you will be able to pick out for your project and sign the estimate & Contract at the first meeting for an estimate.

I found I.R. to be very responsive to my situation. They kept me informed throughout the process. The installation team was excellent and punctual. I highly recommend this company.
