The panels were installed. They do t provide the correct plans for inspection. Another inspection said they had to remove some panels and they put them on the non-sun facing side of the house (northwest). The estimated production is far less than the quote and contract. Panels were installed on 6/21/2022. It is 9/9/2022 and the panels are still not connected to the grid. Numerous texts and phone calls were only answered with excuses or I will work on this. l Additionally they had me pay for the whole project on 6/21 without it being cut over which is against California law. There is a California state license board investigation pending on this company.

No attention to detail. Large gaps between the deck support brackets and the vertical and horizontal 4x6 deck support beams. In some of them they cut a section of 4x6 and slid it into the gap. In others they took slivers of 4x6 pushed it into the gaps and snapped it off. They used a chalk line for the plank screws into the joists but could not manage to come close to the chalk line. Lots of "ghost screws" that go through the plank into nothing. Sometimes they would add another screw next to it. The metal deck railing system that was installed was not straight. They came back to "fix" it but said that "this will have to do, otherwise we would need to buy new deck railing posts". The redwood planks used on my deck were warped, so the lines on my deck are curved. When they tried to correct this at the edge of the deck the freehanded a rip cut on the end plank giving it a nice wavy look to it, leaving gaps between it and the vertical trim piece on the edge of the deck. The owner does not seem interested in making it right as I have not heard from him at all when he knows that I am still very unhappy with the finished product. Please, check out my photos for examples of what I mention above. They clearly show a lack of workmanship and a lack of concern for my satisfaction of the work performed. I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this company to build a deck.

Contractor were willing to come to my house. They were on time and very professional.

I really appreciated the technician picking up the floodcamera for me and assisting me with downloading it to my phone. He was very patient and thorough. Excellent service and I am very happy with the service I received.

They charged me $270 to replace 3 LED bulbs that I provided. I will never again use HomeAdvisor. I requested service on 2 appliances and LED track lighting which the young lady said she would get for me. The first thing the te4chnician said is **We do not fix appliances**. He then replaced 3 bulbs, said he had no fixtures or replacement bulbs with him and charged me $270.

Shannon at the office was also phenomenal with the appointment booking process and follow up.

Dewey Andersen did our ceiling fan removal and new installation. He explained everything so we understood what was being done.

Getting permits through the City of Placerville takes too long. Still waiting for permits after 2 weeks! They installed the whole house fan and it really helps to reduce the need for A/C.

Dewey is a great person. He made sure I knew what the job entailed and kept my preferences in mind and the job was well done.

The electricians name was Dewey, he was fast friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was done right for our own safety.

Electrician knew exactly how to diagnose and solve the problem with the mal-functioning circuit breaker connected to my water heater. He even had to hunt down a breaker that was scarce. And made sure other wiring would not cause any future problems. I couldn't ask for anything more! Great Job!!!
