We were very pleased with the service provided by Wendall and his team. Wendall responded very quickly to our request for a property appraisal and accommodated our challenging schedule. Wendel and his team were very responsive and promptly returned my call. We had the appraisal performed in less than 48 hours from my initial phone call and the final results were delivered sooner than they quoted. Very professional, courteous and most importantly they were very thorough. I spoke with 4-5 different companies and felt the most comfortable with Wendel.

I spoke with Richard and Justin several times regarding a home inspection. They were very quick about getting back to me and after calling on a Saturday, they were able to schedule an inspection the following Monday morning. Justin did the inspection and seems to have done a very thorough job. He provided a very detailed report and answered several phone calls afterwards regarding follow up questions. Both Richard and Justin seemed very polite, patient, and professional and I am very happy I went with them to get this home inspected! The price was very competitive and I was extremely pleased with that as well!

Wendell and his team were awesome! They arrived on time; they were courteous and professional. He answered any questions that I had concerning the process and delivered a professional finished product that was instrumental in the sale of my home. I would definitely recommend Wendell and his team if you are looking for a real estate appraiser whose cost is reasonable and his finished product is superior.
