About us

Infinite is a new founded partnership that strives to provide the best quality of work in Lancaster and surrounding counties. We are a Rheem dealer and do everything from preventative maintenance, service/repairs, equipment replacement and complete installation of a new system. We also offer a wide variety of accessories and indoor air quality products (IAQ) such as uv systems, humidifiers and whole home dehumidifiers. Although we offer all types of products and services, we DO NOT recommend anything unless we truly think you need it, for example, we will only recommend a humidifier if a client complains about dryness or has a lot of wood. We are a very customer service based LLC and hope to surprise our new clients with our great service, skill and price! Please feel free to contact via email, text, or call. P.s. we wear new shoe covers inside each home and have our masks up when within 6’ of clients.

Super helpful, accommodating, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. Patient enough to wait a month for me to schedule, then able to get us in and work with an unpredictable and ever-shifting work schedule to come out to look at out AC system that was limping along during a heat wave. Fixed us up quickly and honestly with information we need, but no hard sell, which was greatly appreciated. We definitely know where to go for someone who knows what they are doing and answer quickly every time I have called! Thank you so much, and I will be recommending Infinite HVAC to anyone I know needing service! (Plus you will be hearing from us again, for sure)

Asked them to fix no hot water, previously quoted a price of $900 for heating elements. These guys quoted me less than 400. They did multiple tests before telling me I had a wiring problem outside that I do not have to pay to fix. Service call was 175 not 900.

Truly excellent service. They replaced my old thermostat with a smart one. There were some initial set=up issues (thermostat company's servers ended up being down), but they stayed until everything was working correctly. I highly recommend them.
