I was given one price over the phone and he said he would draw up a contract which he never did and once the work started the price went up 50% of what it originally was

LUKE IS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND VERY GOOD AT HIS CRAFT. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND CAME UP WITH SOLUTIONS TO FIX ANY AND ALL THE ISSUES WE CAME ACROSS. HE COMPLETED MY PROJECTS IN A SHORT TIME AND CLEANED UP ALL AREAS AFTERWARDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND INFINITE HOME IMPROVEMENTS TO OTHERS AND USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY FUTURE PROJECTS.
