Removal of old tile and installation of new bathroom floor tile was done to a high standard. Had to remind the workers to cover the wood floor in the hallway outside the bathroom to keep it from getting scratched from the dust/tile shards from the demo of the old tile. Workers installed a new toilet but it leaked a bit. Salvador was prompt in offering to send a worker over to correct the problem the same day. My husband decided to go ahead fix it himself. Overall, I am happy with the work they did. They were fast, efficient and courteous. Would consider hiring them again.

frustrating

The day he was supposed to check the work to be done, there was a confusion with the tenant's representative that was at the house at the time. I was running late, and told him that I was getting there in 10 minutes. Still he left, saying that he waited too long, that he has worked since 7 am. Okay, it was 5:30 pm on a Friday, but still. All I needed was a good quote and the job was his (as I had already had a very pricey quote). I felt that he just walked out on a almost for sure job ($1,100). Anyways, we rescheduled later and everything went perfect!

I was very satisfied with the multiple jobs I had done. He was on time, efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend him and plan on using their services again.

Arrived a day late, but did not tell us until we called. Painters could not communicate in English. Owner/boss did not show up while painting was in process. Shoddy finish and cleanup. Owner did apologize and return to provide added services after we complained.

The repair man was quick and efficient. I was very pleased with the work. However, I had only a few projects and he seemed upset the work was small. However, I paid him for the ENTIRE HOUR although he finished in 30 minutes. He acted as though he had been cheated when I paid him more hourly than he offered to work for to compensate for mnimal work. I was grateful to have my projects done but he made me feel as though I cheated him. I never cheat a vendor.

They responded to my request for service ASAP and provided a qualified, trustworthy person to complete my job.

Very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. Will hire again. Installed 7 in-ceiling speakers and had the tools to cut through concrete board on patios. Also installed a couple of ceiling fans. Good price and good value.
