Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair

Lucas and his team replaced the roofs on my newly purchased 100 year old home which had fallen into disrepair. Both the sheathing, shingles and flashing needed to be replaced. Additionally, Lucas partner, Geoff, was scheduled to replace the siding and windows on the rest of the home. 1. After the roofing and other minor projects were paid for, Lucas and his team disappeared. I followed up for over 6 months with no response. 2. Once I found another contractor, they discovered that Lucas team installed the roofing over rotted sills. They did not even tell me about the damage. 3. They also discovered that a live electrical wire was left dangling and one of the crew was shocked. 4. Flashing was not affixed to the siding so water was going behind the clapboards, causing more damage and rot. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in Syracuse.

I worked with Lucas and his crew to replace my 20 year old roof. They are very pleasant and professional to work with. Lucas is the man who would like to take extra miles to help and make their customers satisfactory and every penny worthy. He showed up at my house several times for the consultations and address every concern I have. Now the project was done beautifully and the new roof adds so much value to the whole house. His crew are professional and fun to work with. I would be happy to hire them for other projects.

Every step of having my roof replaced by Infinite Installations was a good experience. The consultation was very hands on and scheduled at my convenience (in this case on a sunday). Once I had confirmed the go ahead on the roof, they were set up and ready to go within hours. Even when the unexpected happened (which always happens with any kind of construction) every effort was taken to keep the price VERY competitive. Even with a very large amount of extra plywood Infinite Installations was more fair than their competitors original quote. Work was done quickly and cleanly with little disruption to my families schedule. I have more work to be done on my home in the coming years and look forward to utilizing Infinite Installations again.
