"In response to your complaint during gutter cleaning service provided on 6/4/2020: Our team received your call on 7/10/2020 about your roof damages and requested you email us the invoice and pictures from damages, we also emailed you requesting these documents so you may have an accurate email address as you were unable to write it down at the moment. Unfortunately, you attempted to send documents to an incorrect email address therefore you may have felt some sort of lack of communication form us. As soon as you contacted Home Advisor Customer solution we were aware of you attempting to reach out to us. At this time our team immediately contacted you and the home advisor requesting the roofing contractor invoice again. We reached out to your roofing contractor the same day we received your email and their report was that the damages occurred from poor dormer construction from the builder and damaged would have occurred sooner than later, however, with the severe rain and winds the damages occurred sooner than expected and not from "putting our foot through your roof". We have provided pictures of our technicians cleaning your gutters to confirm we did not access your roof at all. Our technicians confirmed that no conversation and/or concerns were addressed from you on the day of services, due to COVID-19 you stayed inside of your house only to greet our team upon arrival through your storm door and once again to provide payment. We empathized with your concern and damages and felt that the most respectable approach and in good faith was an offer to at least pay for half of your invoice and you agreed to the payment offer.
