Robert is a top notch CEO. He is attentive to detail, very engaged to understand his customers' wishes out of a service, timely in communication and leads the team in delivering high quality work. I have used ITS for multiple services - professional dry cleaning, maid services, carpet (dry) cleaning and each time I am impressed with the level of attention and quality delivered. I feel lucky to be an ITS customer!

Very thorough, they do an excellent job. The house looks so clean and smells really good when they're done. It saves me a lot of time and they do a much better job than I would myself.

The customer service provided by Robert during initial scheduling was outstanding. He was very informative, timely and transparent with his responses. He even followed up after the first cleaning to see if there were any issues or preferences for future cleanings. Nadene and her crew were very detailed and efficient, and our house was spotless after! She's a miracle worker.
