The best possible service! There was practically no waiting time to start the project and the work was completed very fast. Anthony was very honest and straightforward about the prices, didn't have any objections to my own choice of fireplace insert (although he did offer his help in finding an insert that would work for me), and offered his help in bringing my very heavy insert downstairs. Anthony did a great job on the installation and left the place very clean. He responds to calls and text messages in a very timely manner and he even called me two months after the job was done to make sure everything works well! If everyone had this kind of work ethics we would live in a perfect world.

Infinite Chimney is a newborn business, but is demonstrating the qualities that will keep it in business for many years: Providing expert workmanship and attention to detail - two qualities that can be difficult to find in the trades. I found the competition seemed to be focussed primarily on "How much money can I swindle out of this customer?" rather than simply focussing on the work to be done, and doing it in a workmanlike manner. Two thumbs up, at least.
