DJ with Infinity came out to our house to repair our AC unit that was not properly working. He worked on it until he solved the problem and it was almost 1AM when it was working again! He took time to explain the problem and how to fix it as well. He also followed up several times after the repair to make sure it's functioning. As soon as I mentioned something else was wrong, he was back within two hours to make an adjustment to my AC unit. Fantastic customer service and quality work. I'll refer DJ to anyone.

DJ was the first technician to respond when I had an AC failure on a long, holiday weekend with 6 guests staying in my house. He arrived the next morning and worked all day to get the AC working. After the weekend when the warehouse was open, he got a part that he needed and returned to complete the job. I appreciated the amount of time he spent to try to solve my problem and I was grateful that he was able to get some air flowing despite not having all the parts needed. I also liked the fact that he kept me informed of the issues involved and the progress that he was making all through the day. And after the job was done he very patiently explained what the problem had been, what he had to do to correct it, and the steps to take in the future to prevent any more surprises. I was pleasantly surprised at the final bill because he had spent so many hours at my house I was worried that the cost would be higher. I am entirely satisfied and will definitely call Infinity Air again and hope they send DJ to do the job.

DJ did a fantastic job. Quick to respond to my initial service inquiry and punctually arrived at the agreed appointment time. He was patient with my constant questions and he was very knowledgeable. I also really appreciate that he proposed both repair and replace options with the pros and cons of each. A/C service by default is expensive but I thought his pricing was fair.
