*The categories did not allow me to select - new home build/custom home build.* After signing a contract with Infinity Custom Homes and making a payment of almost $38,000 for house and partial design plans and permits ONLY, I terminated working with Infinity after I saw the quality of their 2024 parade home. Chris/Infinity will tell you they can build a quality $2-3M home, but I wasn't seeing the proof in their work. I was forced to pay legal expenses and incur delays because of vague and unclear bookkeeping, and refusal to return money that had been improperly drawn (based on an invoice submitted that didn't satisfy the draw requirements). If you do hire Chris/Infinity, make sure to have an iron-clad construction contract and triple check all draw requests and make sure to get lien waivers. Integrity matters. Keeping the funds from my bank hostage and under a phony draw until I agreed to pay him a settlement amount to terminate the contract is not good business practice, and why I'm writing this review. Also, donâ t be fooled by parade awards - builders essentially buy into the categories and pay money for awards. My advice - make sure you do your due diligence. Ask for many references and check them - I unfortunately didnâ t. Ask to see the inside of SEVERAL homes Chris/Matt have built, not just one and where the person is a good friend of Chris'. Also, ask long-established trades and design businesses about Infinity - do as much due diligence as possible.

They are so great and easy to work with. We have built two custom homes with them, and they are very reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with. They make the home building process so much simpler!
