Contact with company personnel was always with a callback. Never reached a live office when I called. But that may my impatient -side coming out. Sprinkler Repair Work done exactly as requested and also optimized existing spray heads. No wasted energy by technician

Ask for Brad Tindell, Infinity Landscaping, for irrigation of your lawn. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable and had this rare talent you don't see these days called "hard work". He did just that from the time he got there until he left which was after dark sometimes. Another thing I liked about him, when he made a mess, he cleaned it up. We highly recommend him.

Ryan and his team at Infinity Landscaping was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I had met with several landscape and hardscape companies, but felt confident with RyanâÂÂs proposal and were very satisfied with his work. The rep, Brad I think, was excellent, he went beyond everything, he answered all of my questions and taught me how to use the computer on it. He said I could call him anytime if I needed help. It seems to be working well.

The response was a plus. he was quick to reach out. He came out to fix something that went wrong in the first place. And wife asked for something to be fixed that he charged for but he didn't do what she asked for the way she wanted. He has to come back and fix it again.

Ryan made the process easy. He came out to my home after working hours to answer questions, bring paver samples and even manually draw out the walkway and patio with spray paint before work started. He is extremely professional and customer service oriented.

We recently bought an old farm house with rundown flower beds. Ryan returned my call within 30 minutes. I explained our needs and he offered to come the next morning. He came up with a great plan that was very affordable, met our needs and would be easy to maintain. The crew was really courteous, hardworking and complimented my wife's sweet tea. She is thrilled with her roses!

The day they laid the sod i told them that there were at least 60 rolls of sod that were dead on arrival. They said that they would turn out great. Now after four weeks and numerous phone calls and pitcures of the dead rolls, I still have 60 rolls of dead sod. And I have listed my house for sale. I will now fix everything myself (buy sod from local stores, replace the sod and try to get about $1,500 of my money back in samlls cliams court when I have to sue.

They are very personal, very eager to help you. We moved last year from IL to TN, and we found not-so-good lawn services. But Ryan was on vacation and he called me back, it shows he really cares. Just can't say enough how they go out of their way to help their customers.
