I originally set-up a contract with Infinity Drywall, LCC to finish all the drywall throughout to include texturing. He also agreed to remodel my small master bathroom which included finishing the drywall, moving the shower drain, plum, cement board, and tile work. Initially everything went well and he was very nice until I complained about his texture work on the walls... I asked for orange peel / received splattered texture which was practically globs of plaster on the walls. Ceiling was okay, but had him re-texture the walls again because it wasn't true orange peel/second attempt was a lot better but satisfactory only.. Then they started to work on my small shower from the ground up / nothing in the shower was straight, tiles were crooked and had no real pattern "bathroom floor was good". Told him to stop work, but continued to waist my supplies anyway telling me about his right to finish regardless "Mississippi Law???". After telling him that I was going to call my layer he offered to replace all the tiles and materials that were wasted/meet me at the house 2 days later after removing what his tile guy messed up. He never showed and now he's saying that I'm threatening his family. I'm assuming this is because I sent him another text when he didn't show saying that I'm going to calling my layer and report him to the BBB and Home Advisory. He still owes me for my tiles, paint, and $1000 refund for work not completed / not to mention that he still has my house key and he demo'd the shower. Have lots of pictures to showing the work progress and status. Noticed that most of the ratings are good and I'm glad other had a great experience / wish mine was the same. Word to the wise, don't pay for work until its completed / another lesson learned. Note: He has a very good plumber / cant really complain about that... This issue has hit me hard considering I'm retiring from the military in a few months and I'm already short on cash with no place to move into. Hopefully things work out for my family.

They were honest and don't do a half-ass job when they start that get it done and it's done right the first time.

They went above and beyond while the work was being done we had to be in temporary housing they worked late hours to accomplish it get us back into her home they are fantastic I can't say enough good things about them.

All we can say is WOW! Joe and his crew went above and beyond. They refinished our kitchen cabinets and they look great. Took care of many details we hadn’t even thought about. Gave us our dream kitchen at a very reasonable price. Whatever project you’re considering, call Joe, you won’t be disappointed, we will definitely call on him for future projects!

Due to rain, the painting had to be delayed several times. They kept in touch to let us know when they would not be able to work. When the weather was permitting, they showed up promptly. The project turned out really good and looks professional.

What started off as a good experience unfortunately didn't end so well. Without going into much detail, the job was not finished with honesty and integrity, or with respect or kindness. We'd hoped to be able to hire Joe and his team again, and to recommend him to others, but to our disappointment that isn't the case. We hope others have had a much different experience than we did, and that we'll be the only family who will ever have this kind of experience with Infinity Drywall. We wish them well.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job. The work was done perfectly and they took great care in protecting the area with plastic drapes, paper runners, etc. they cleaned every inch of the house when the work was completed. Joe is very knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of home repair and construction. His rates are the best!

Joe delivered more than I expected, with high quality workmanship. Thoroughly washed house, including drive and walk, painted trip with two coats, painted stucco and siding and hard to reach gables, then spray painted garage door. Prompt, on time, kept me informed of plan and progress. Highly recommended, hire Joe!

Joe and his crew started out by repairing my kitchen drywall. A previous so called "handy man" made a mess, and we had to start over. The work his crew did was so good, I asked if he could go ahead and do the tile work for the back-splash on the wall. Not only did they show up on time, but they made sure that they covered up everything with plastic to ensure that the house would not get dusty from the work being done. They even took off their shoes to keep from tracking in dust. The back-splash turned out just great along with the drywall that he repaired on the ceiling in the living room. He's my "go to" man for anything we may need in the future. From drywall, tile work, etc. I'm sure he can do it on time and within the cost quoted. Use my name for any reference, he's the best.

good communication, very professional, would recommend

I injured myself at the beginning of the repairs. I was in the hospital for 5 days after suffering a major fracture and surgery on my left arm. This meant my wife left to manage the situation alone. The contractor never missed a beat, nor at one time disrespect my wife. My wife and I were very happy with the results of his work. We have future jobs in the works, and will call him back.

We are so very pleased with the painting, wallpaper removal, mudding, and repapering done in our home. Infinity Drywall completed the improvements within the promised time frame and our home looks beautiful. Joe and Inez do excellent work and are great to know. We will be hiring them again for our next project.
