We originally were impressed with the quote process and inspection. It was determined we may need 3-4 pieces of plywood replaced (on work order). We decided to change exhaust fan from soffit to roof on our own. The previous roof was installed 29 years ago and it was simply time to replace. AVOID! This company subcontracts which they were not honest about. Don?t use the words ?our crew?. Infinity Supervisor was promised to homeowners-Supervisor TEXT minutes prior to non English speaking subcontractors pulling into yard that he could not make it due to ?family emergency?. Homeowner called Supervisor and subcontractors were already tearing off shingles with torn tarps hanging off house. The job should have been canceled until the promised Supervision was available. Not a SINGLE Infinity Employee here at all! Leaving homeowner to try and supervise. Needed entire roof replaced on shop and house within 6 months. NUMEROUS excuses and twisted information from company when you post a review .
