Infinity Fence & Deck Solutions

I hired this company for a vinyl coated chain link fence, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. The installation was delayed with no notification, and the fence was installed incorrectly -- not stretched, missing tie wires, and the end/terminal posts not aligned just to name a few issues. During the installation they hit the gas line that was clearly marked. They also never provided a contract or the Illinois homeowners brochure. After I posted a negative review, they tried to get me sign a mutual release/hold harmless agreement that even referenced an alleged "severe dog bite". They later scheduled a technician to fix the issues, but it turned into a no-call, no-show, and over 2 hours after the appointment their office called wanting to schedule a technician for the following day, unaware that one was scheduled for that day. Unresponsive, poor workmanship, poor communication, and questionable business practices. I would not recommend this company.
