Infiniti locksmith was terrible. I was locked our of my home, and sent pictures of the door and lock to Infiniti. The boss immediately called me, told me he was nearby, could be at my place within thirty minutes and could open my door for $85. Instead, he sent some underling from the valley to west Hollywood, the guy showed up more than two hours late, then immediately started to tell me why he could not open the door without destroying the lock and doorknob and why it would cost me $250 instead of the $85 I had been quoted. Instead of trying to open my door, her kept texting the boss to try to upsell me. Finally, browbeaten and bullied, shivering and desperately in need of the bathroom having been locked out for more than four hours, I caved. When the locksmith went to his car to get the drill and hammer to destroy my lock and doorknob, I picked up a screwdriver, reached through the mail slot, and opened my own door in less than a minute. When the locksmith returned to find me inside my home and no longer in need of his services, he still charged me $85. Outrageous!
